About Me.
Tyra is a Caribbean- British performer and creative currently studying Acting and Performance (BA) at the University for the Creative Arts. At 21 years old she has curated an interest in musical theatre, dance, writing, directing, fashion and acting.
​
She was born in Paddington and raised between North West and West London for 18 years where she discovered her love for the arts and performing, before moving to Berkshire.
​
Whilst attending a performing arts school from ages 8 to 18 she was given the opportunity to perform at 'Her Majesty's Theatre' in Westminister and at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham (NIA). Here she learnt about musical theatre, commercial dance, singing and drama, she decided to pursue drama further and studied it at A- Level.

She aspires to create and be involved in art that uplifts marginalised people as well as share underepresented stories. She intends to write, direct and act in stories that make an impact.
